How Do I Pay for My Minibus or Coach Hire?
There are two ways to pay for your vehicle, either with cash on the day of travel or via PayPal.
How Far in Advance Do I Need to Book a Vehicle?
We recommend all online bookings to be made 24 hours before the time of travel, to ensure confirmation. If you need a booking within 24 hours, please contact us directly.
Are Quotes Per Passenger or Per Vehicle?
All Dubai Coach Rental quotes are for the entire vehicle and not for each passenger.
Will I Incur Extra Charges if My Flight is Delayed?
When you book an airport transfer, we ask you to provide a flight number. We are able to monitor flights and will know beforehand if you are experiencing any delays.
How Will I Know Which Driver is Mine?
Our drivers will be given your contact information. They will contact you to arrange a specific place to meet within the arrivals area. Remember that some meet and greet services do incur an extra charge, which can be discussed with an operator at the time of booking.
Are All Dubai Coach Rental Drivers Qualified?
Yes, all drivers working for Dubai Coach Rental are fully qualified and locally registered.
Can I Use Dubai Coach Rental for Company Contracts?

How Long Before My Departure Will Transport Arrive?
Dubai Coach Rental coaches will arrive between 10 and 15 minutes prior to the specific departure time. This allows enough time for passengers to board and luggage to load
Can Alcohol Be Consumed During Transport?
No, alcohol cannot be consumed on board unless specifically agreed in advance. In the cases where alcohol can be consumed, a deposit may be requested.
I Can’t Find My Address, What Do I Do?
As Dubai is a large and busy city, on occasion an address may not be recognised. Try inputting the address in a slightly different format. If you are still having problems, contact Dubai Coach Rental.
How Experienced Are Your Drivers?
All of the drivers used by Dubai Coach Rental are highly experienced and fully trained, which is why they can provide unmatched service. They are all background checks, meaning they can cater to all groups and transport children.
Why Are Large Coaches Sometimes Cheaper Than Smaller Coaches?
At Dubai Coach Rental, we show coach hire prices from a number of different operators. These operators all determine their own prices, which is why some may be cheaper than others. The price will also differ depending on the quality of the coach, which is why it’s a good idea to look at reviews.
How Do I Hire a Coach?
You can hire a coach quickly and easily using our website. Simply enter the date and time you need to travel, along with where you are traveling to and we will provide you with booking options.
Will I Be Charged to Search for a Coach?
No, searching for coaches and quotes is completely free on the Dubai Coach Rental website.
What Size Coaches Do You Have?
We have a lot of different coaches for you to choose from, ranging from small minibuses right through to full size double decker buses. There really is something for every group
What Could Cause a Coach Hire to Cost More?
A lot of different things determine the cost of hiring a coach, such as the time and date of travel. The destination will also impact how much the coach will be to hire.
Do I Pay More for the Driver?
No, the cost of the driver is included in the cost of hiring a coach.
Will There Be Stops En Route?
If your journey is a long one, stops may be added on to provide passengers with resting opportunities. These are included in the total price.
Do Coaches Have Toilets?
A lot of the coaches we offer do have toilets on board and these are free to use.
Will There Be WiFi on the Coach?
Some of our coaches do have WiFi for passenger use.
Will There Be Additional Charges After My Journey?
There will not be any additional charges to pay after your journey, unless you have caused any damage.
