Service Delays
Dubai Coach Rental is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, road accidents, adverse weather conditions or any matters outside of our control. All parties involved in the hiring of a vehicle understand that coaches can be late as a normal part of business, without negligence of the hire company. These delays are typically caused by previous customers, traffic, accidents and mechanical faults.
If the driver is required to choose an alternate route due to any unforeseen circumstances and this causes a delay, neither the driver or Dubai Coach Rental will be held liable for any losses incurred. This includes losses such as missed flights, additional transport charges and missed events. If the vehicle has a mechanical fault prior to the journey or whilst on the journey and this causes a delay, Dubai Coach Rental is not liable for any losses incurred. Dubai Coach Rental will not pay out any compensation under any cistumance, though the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of management.
Cancellation Policy
If a Dubai Coach Rental booking is cancelled in writing by the Customer more than 14 days prior to the date of travel, the Customer will not be required to pay any additional costs other than the initial deposit. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to the date of travel, payment in full will be paid to Dubai Coach Rental. All deposits paid to Dubai Coach Rental are non refundable on bookings cancelled by the Customer. Dubai Coach Rental is prepared to carry deposits over to alternative trips.
Coach Bookings
The total payment for any coach booking must be made 7 days prior to the date of travel in order to finalise the booking process. If the total payment is not paid, Dubai Coach Rental has the right to cancel the booking and is not required to refund the deposit. In emergency circumstances where vehicles are no longer useable due to an accident or fault, Dubai Coach Rental may use multiple smaller vehicles instead.
Damages
Any damages or spillages caused by a passenger will be charged by the driver accordingly. The minimum rate or this is 150 AED and includes any form of liquid. Any fines for damages or spillages must be paid in cash to the driver. Drinking is only permitted if doing so has been agreed with the driver beforehand or at the individual discretion of the driver.
Extra Drop Offs and Extra Hours
Any additional drop offs that have not been previously agreed as part of the initial booking will incur a minimum cost of 75 AED per drop off. These drop off"s are available at the drivers discretion and charges must be paid in cash to the driver. If additional hours are required of a driver and the driver can accommodate these requirements, there is a minimal additional cost of 250 AED per hour and an hourly rate of 150 AED thereafter.
